Baby look! In my opinion/experience, we are so much on this "Positive Vibes" kick that it's really becoming toxic and "ion like dat"!


  • IT'S NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU SAY BUT HOW YOU SAY IT!



First off, I MEANT IT HOW I SAID IT! 😒


Negative feelings are apart of the human experience. A negative feeling can keep us safe from danger, let others know that you are uncomfortable/displeased with whatever has been done or is going on, and keep you from repeating a traumatizing experience you have either witnessed or lived.


Yes, there are extremes to expressing feelings just like there are extremes to everything else. However, sometimes it is absolutely necessary to fluctuate your voice, use your hands, facial expressions, and even throw in a few MFKN cuss words to let a b*tch know they've come to the end of their rope with you!


My boss once said, "When something triggers you, before we call others out, we must first call ourselves in". I believe this is absolutely true............to a certain extent 🙈. So I'll leave you with this.


There are times where someone can genuinely have your best interest at heart, but because of past situations could have left traumatic scarring (that you didn't even know you had) that may make you feel uncomfortable, upset, sad, depressed, etc. BUT,

there are also times where a b*tch just trying to test the boundaries with you.


One you must call yourself In and do the healing work.

The other you gotta call a b*tch out and let them know "THAT AIN'T GONE WORK"!


You won't always get it right and thats ok. I'd rather stand for something than fall for anything. 🫶🏽
